Our manufacturing programme includes the offer of co-operations on our machinery. It concerns mainly welding jobs and operations involving cutting of metals. Our objective is to offer both our acquired know-how in making use of special technologies in the manufacturing scope and also in close co-operation with specialists of renowned foreign companies.

MACHINERY DESCRIPTION

WELDING CENTRES

• Special welding centres for welding of rotating parts up to a diameter of 1,250 mm maximum and in lengths of up to 6,000 mm maximum are available.

MACHINE TOOLS

• Centre lathes for cutting of the rotating parts up to a diameter of 1,250 mm maximum and in lengths of up to 6,000 mm maximum.
• Centre grinders for grinding of the rotating parts up to a diameter 650 mm maximum and in lengths of up to 5,000 mm maximum.
• Honing machine for honing of bore holes up to a diameter of 1,000 mm maximum and in lengths of up to 6,000 mm maximum.

• Electroerosive AGIETRON CNC machine tool for machining of parts with dimensions up to 700 x 700 mm and length 6000 mm max.
• Milling and boring horizontal machines.
• Double column planing machine for machining of parts in lengths of up to 3,000 mm maximum.
• Special milling semi-automatic attachments installed on turning machines for special machining of rotating parts up to a diameter of 1,000 mm maximum and in lengths of up to 6,000 mm maximum.
• Special grinding semi-automatic attachments installed on the turning machines for grinding of bore holes of rotating parts up to a diameter of 1,000 mm (outside diameter) maximum and in lengths of up to 4,000 mm maximum.
• Special grinding semi-automatic attachments installed on the turning machines for grinding of outside diameters of the rotating parts up to a diameter of 1,250 mm maximum and in lengths of up to 6,000 mm maximum.
• Further our stock of machinery contains: surface grinding machine, column swing drilling machine, bench drills, shaping machine and small hand implements.
