Granulators

            The company Boco offers a wide spectrum of granulators of different output. There are low speed granulators – ideally suited for small components and press operations, there are medium duty granulators – ideally suited for most injection and blow moulded parts formed by injection and blowing. And last but not least we offer heavy duty granulators ideally suited for rotational, injection and blow moulded parts such as bottles, containers, medium wall sections and collapsed patisone.

Shredders

Single shaft shredder is ideally suited for reducing the size of all-type waste materials (plastic chippings, rubber and solid, hard materials intended for granulation). The company Boco utilizes state-of-the-art technology – PolyCUT and FlexiPUSH which ensures unified size of milled granules, low power consumption and long service life. Standard sieves we deliver are with 50 mm holes.

            Shredder types we can deliver are: JASG 600, JASG 1100 a JASG 1650. Inputs of these shredders range from 15HP/11kW to 75HP/55kW. In our current offer you can order the following dimensional shredder types: Compact (spatially compact and economic type), Extend (enlarged type or specialization Top pusher – with upper hole displacement) or Wide (wide type, specialization Top pusher – with upper hole displacement). 

            The efficiency of our shredders is allowed by use of high quality engines. All controls on the machine are made by the known company Siemens and PLC auto control. Specially designed bearings provide stability and overall quality of the machine.  

Pulverisers

            Suited for the pulverising of semi-rigid and impact resistant materials where a powdered product is required. Generally suited for HDPE, LDPE, PVC and PC The pulverisers of company Boco are generally suited for such materials as HDPE, LDPE, PVC and PC. Types of pulverisers we can gladly deliver are: ZM 300, ZM 500 and ZM 800.
