Extruder – the BOCOMATIC extruding machine is designed and determined for
extrusion of thermoplastic materials. The basic components of the extruder –
extruding machine BOCOMATIC is a closed structural body – machine base,
electric and control case, gearbox, main asynchronous motor with stepless rpm
regulation for by frequency controlled gears, chamber-output barrel with screw, a
set of heating zones with cooling air ventilators and other partial components.
Extruder – the BOCOMATIC extruding machine is a machinery which is fluent
supplied from the hopper by a solid thermoplast. The material is in the place of
the fill-up aperture taken by the revolving screw which is placed in the chamberoutput
barrel and in the chamber - working barrel transported by the screw to the
head or adaptor which is placed on the machine output. The perfect material
processing is based on the rotary screw motion with suitable designed screw
geometry in consequence of it happens the feed of the thermoplast in the output
barrel and at the same time by interaction of heat and pressure his succesive
conversion to the liquid stadium.
The working surfaces of screws and chambers-working cylinders, with regard to
the kind of the processed thermoplastic material, can be:
- nitrided
- armoured
- bimetallic
- hardened
The bimetallic, armoured and hardened treatment in comparison with the
nitridation provides a lower wear-out and ensures the most obtainable lifetime.
The chamber-output cylinder and the screw can be with regard to different wearout
intensity and technical requirements designed as single part or of more
interconnected parts which is possible according the wear-out level and the
character of the production to change or renew individually.
