G 46 SERIES - MEDIUM DUTY GRANULATOR
ROTOR
The rotors are manufactured from high tensile steel and are balanced for stable running. The rotors are manufactured with scissor cut
action. The Rotor design allows for easy removal and set-up of the blades and gives a consistent particle size.
BLADES
Blades are manufactured from either D2 or D3 material and through hardened to give maximum resistance and durability on the
cutting edge.
SCREEN
The long life screens are manufactured from high strenght pipe or formed from high grade plate as required. Many different hole sizes
are offered and easy removal and installation allow you to tailor the machine to your needs.
PULLEY
The pulleys are fiited to the shaft with taper lock bushes, which allows for maximum security. The inertia ceated by the large pulley
assires a steady and reliable operation while the taperlock bush allows for ease of maintenance.
