Film material regranulating – recycling lines

We offer processing of plastic film materials on our regranulating pelleting lines. We want to get as close to your wishes and needs as possible, therefore we can assemble a line with additional accessories you need, or we will satisfy your requests for change or adjustment in design of individual components of regranulating line. The parts you can order additionally, can be for instance: auxiliary worm dosing unit connected to the area of mixer, rolling dosing equipment for film material transport from reels by means of draw-off cylinders to the  area of mixer, automatic smelt filter (piston type, rotary type with circular plate, etc.) with reverse self-cleaning backwash, and other.

            Financial support of up to 90% of the price of the line can be obtained for our regranulating line from the endowment programmes of the European Union. In cooperation with the company Industry EU, we are able to offer you free consultation for preparation of project and elaboration of subsequent background research.  We will also organize transparent tender, elaborate a project to enable withdrawal of as high grant as you can get, we can also propose an ideal implementation schedule, we will assist you in elaboration of grant application and ensure monitoring of grant sustainability for a specified period of time.

Extrusion blow film lines – sacks, bags, films … and much more

            The company Boco offers a wide range of lines for production of various types of films. We will assist you in production of single- or multi-layer films, sacks, bags and print machines. The materials suitable for those lines are PA, EVOH, PVA, mLLDPE, LDPE, EVA, HDPE and TPU. Our lines are your tool for production of products of premium quality.

            If you need to produce three-layer final products, we recommend the MB three layer coextrusion blow film line (in standard and special design), however if you need 5- to 9-layer final products, we can offer you the MB multi-layer coextrusion blow film line. 

Production lines for tubes and pipes – Efficient lines assembled to your needs

            The company Boco offers lines capable to produce PVC and PE pipes. In both cases, we guarantee excellent quality of processing and, at the same time, very high production capacity. All that with the use of the state-of-the-art technologies. Our lines fully comply with the regulations and standards specified by the European Union.

PVC pipe production line

            PVC pipes can be used not only for e.g. water piping but also in other applications for potential waste distribution, or for distribution of fluids.

            High output of the line is ensured by the use of a conical twin-screw extruder which is suitable for PVC powder processing. The production output of the pipe production line depends on your requirements.  Pipes of different diameters are manufactured. It is allowed by engagement of the biggest conical twin-screw extruder.

            Our company will try to satisfy your requirements. Selection of technologies and all components suggested by you will be discussed and agreed prior to the production of you line.

PE pipe production lines

            The big positive of this line is engagement of extruder head with high capacity, therefore your final product can obtain wide diameter.  We offer to you a wide range of diameters of your final product which range from 16 to 800 mm. In addition, we are able to produce pipes of higher wall thickness whilst keeping the highest product quality, even at low temperatures. 

            As a matter of course, our line is capable of keeping the same dimension and shape of the product manufactured throughout the extrusion process. Highest quality of product, along with smooth run of the production line, are under permanent supervision of controllers and panels that watch the extruder operation.
