  • Compact, minimum volume, works on line, synchronised with the extrusion speed
  • Reels adjustable in diameter and width
  • Equipped with a programmable control which manages:  - sequence of operations  - lenght of roll  - tube diameter (step)  - adjustment of binding tightness  - counting ofthe produced rolls  - tube lenght adjustment afterthe last binding  - control of the tube during coiling, with cycle stop and a light signal in case of disfunction
  • Automatic check-out system
  • Double controls (one fixed and one on revolving support)
  • The principal workphases-allautomatic are:  - attachingthe tube to the reel  - coiling of the rollupto the programmed lenght  - translation  - cutting off and attaching the tube on to the second reel for a new roll  - binding of rollbymeansofa polypropylenestrap  - pulling out oftheroll
  • Special Equipment:  - Reduction of reel diameter in the knockoutphase  - Narrow headbinding for rolls of small thickness.
